Shipping and returns


If you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered as quickly as possible. Delivery is via the postman or parcel delivery of various parcel services. In general the delivery will take place on the next working day within the Belelux between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the moment of delivery.
Immediately after your order has been sent, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email with which you can easily track your order online. If you are not home when your order is delivered, the package will be offered again the next day or the package will be delivered to your neighbors. The status of your package is automatically adjusted in your Track & Trace overview.

If the package cannot be delivered, you will receive a message from the delivery person if you are not at home during the first delivery attempt. This is marked with a 'non-home code'. This code always starts with the letters KG. Use this code to choose a new delivery time or location on the same day before 10 p.m. If you scan the QR code on the message with your smartphone, you will be taken directly to the correct page. After two failed delivery attempts, the package will be taken to the nearest pickup location.

The prices quoted are excluding shipping costs. The shipping costs are:

  • €5,99,- for orders under €35,-
  • Free for orders from €35,-

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, you have another 14 days after your cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping. Only the costs for return from your home to the web store are for your own account. These costs amount to approximately EU 7,50,- per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur. To exercise this right you can contact us via [email protected]

We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

The right to cancel does not exist for the following contracts:

• Contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised.

• Contracts for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

• Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

• Contracts for the supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

Warranty terms

As a consumer, you are entitled to the statutory provisions on guarantee on every purchase. The legal guarantee means that the product is or must do what you can reasonably expect from it.
We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order breaks during transport or that something else happens that you can claim under warranty. From a legal point of view, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of the discovery of the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange for replacement of your product free of charge.

 

Return exceptions

The right to cancel does not exist for the following contracts:

Return procedure, how does this work?

Did you order the wrong product? Unfortunately this can happen, nothing wrong! We are happy to explain the return procedure step by step.

1. Find the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page;
2. Contact our customer service via: [email protected] so that we are already informed;
3. Add the fully completed return form to the package;
4. Mark the return address clearly on the box;
5. Pack your order well so that it arrives in good condition with us;
6. Hand in your payment to a PostNL office, for example;
7. Returning costs around 7,50 euros per package. Don't forget your payment method;
8. You will receive a proof of shipment upon delivery of the package, keep it safe.
