Our founder is a BSc sports dietitian with almost 10 years of experience within the sports nutrition and fitness industry. She works with scientists who specialize in sports nutrition and who focus their research on plant-based protein to create all SUPPLEAM® products.

You can perform/recover well and at a high level with plant-based sports nutrition, but it is essential to pay attention to your diet. Vegetable protein has a slightly different effect to animal protein, which means amount, timing and leucine content must be taken into account. It is important to get enough protein (1.6-2.4g protein per kg body weight), to distribute the total amount of protein over the day (0.4-0.55g protein per kg body weight per meal) and especially high-quality protein (pay attention to essential amino acid content, and especially leucine).
